For Radhika and Danny Kalymnos was the place they wanted to get married as they saw Kalymnos as their special place and it was where their story started as two climbers who came because of the world class climbing that Kalymnos has to offer.

The wedding for then was an opportunity to share with their friends and family their special place.

For Kalymnos this was a first as the wedding ceremony was to be a Hindu ceremony.  Here at Discover Kalymnos we enjoyed the challenge of bringing a bit of Indian traditions to a Greek Island.

The result was that Radhika and Danny where married on the Beach of Metishacs at sunset in the Hindi Tradition surrounded by their friends and family.

The wedding also incorporated other events, welcome party, the Henna party and the dolphin watching boat trip. This wedding was organized during the pandemic with always the possibility that it would be cancelled and thankfully this never happened.
